Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using VectraManage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
VectraManage is a SaaS ERP/CMMS platform for maintenance and field service teams, including work orders, CRM, quotes, invoices, and related features.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per company (multi-tenant) is expected; do not share credentials across organizations.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal purposes, reverse engineer the platform, or scrape data beyond normal use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscription and billing
A free plan is available. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; we do not refund partial months.
6. Data ownership
You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice where required.
